Child Relief Assistance (Special Case)

Helping families get through dire times and offering children an equal opportunity for growth. This program is primarily for disadvantaged families that don't have access to social resources.

We were active in relief efforts following the devastating Jiji earthquake on Sept. 21, 1999. The earthquake took thousands of lives, turning the lives of countless children upside down. With so many in need of immediate assistance, we launched our relief program and later expanded eligibility to applicants nationwide. To date, we have helped over 1,000 families get back on their feet.

 

The Child Relief Assistance Donation Plan

A donation of NT$ 500 will give a struggling family a brighter tomorrow.

Notes:

1. Subsidies are available to children under the age of 16.

2. We offer the following types of assistance to children whose families are dealing with accidents, disasters or other difficulties:

A. Daily living and educational assistance

B. Medical assistance

3. Approved applicants will receive sponsorship for a maximum period of six months. The amount will be decided on a case-by-case basis to ensure that resources are utilized where they are needed most.
